Mishmak to hand over apartments of its first project in Ctg today

Chittagong-based real estate company Mishmak Development Limited will primarily hand over apartments of its first project 'Mishmak Faizun Vista' to the buyers today (Saturday).
The apartments and in a homely environment with modern architectural designs will be handed over to the owners at a gala party at 7:00pm at Khulsi in Chittagong.
Mishmak Development Ltd Chairman Mizanur Rahman Shahin will preside over the function to be attended by Abu Sufian, former president of Chittagong Press Club, as the chief guest and Ainul Huq Chowdhury, president of Chittagong chapter of Real Estate and Housing Association in Bangladesh (REHAB).
The owners of the flats and elites of the society will also join the ceremony. Mishmak Development will unveil its future plan in real estate sector in the port city before the guests.

We are going to add new dimension to housing sector with the support and help of Chittagong Development Authority, construction material suppliers and officials and employees of Mishmak."
The company's four present projects located at Ispahani Mor, O.R. Nizam Residential Area, Hemsen Lane and South Khulsi are in different stages of construction. The apartment buyers in 'Mishmak Faizun Vista' project will enjoy most modern amenities including swimming pool, six-month warranty, guest parking, prayer room, car servicing area, dual road service. The residents in the apartment project will enjoy sea view and scenic mountain on two sides. The apartments have been built by complying with building construction regulations set by Chittagong Development Authority offsetting risks of earthquake and cyclone.
Mishmak started real estate business in Chittagong on June 30, 2004. The company got membership of REHAB in August 2005. It is one of the four founder members of Chittagong chapter of REHAB. The company felt proud to become first among the participants of BD RED Fair, a housing fair held in Chittagong.
