Mizan new MD of BSB

Md Mizanur Rahman has been promoted as managing director of Bangladesh Shilpa Bank (BSB) Sunday.
Prior to this promotion, he was the deputy managing director of Janata Bank Limited.
He started his banking career with Sonali Bank in 1978 and subsequently he discharged various important duties in different banks.
He was the CEO of Sonali Bank, Kolkata branch in India. He also served more than three years at Sonali Bank local office, the largest branch of the bank.
He participated in various banking related training courses and seminars both at home and abroad.
He obtained Msc (Ag) degree in Economics from Bangladesh Agricultural University in 1976.
