Mobile court realises Tk 0.1m fine in Barisal

BARISAL, Oct 7 (UNB) : A mobile court, led by a magistrate, Saturday fined two private hospitals, two clinics and six diagnostic centres Tk 0.1 million on various charges.
Magistrate ATM Mahbubul Karim conducted the drive with the help of police, RAB and armed forces.
Sources said, Ambia Memorial Hospital was fined Tk 10,000 for shortage of trained nurses, and Eden Hospital Tk 10,000 for employing nurses without any training and education.
