Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Sylhet, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions in the next 24-hour from 06:00 am today (Sunday), according to the Met Office.
Mild heat wave may sweep over the districts of Rajshahi, Rangpur, Dinajpur, Nilphamari and Sylhet.
Day and night temperature may fall slightly over the country
The country's maximum temperature on Saturday was recorded at 37.0 degrees Celsius in Rajshahi and the minimum was 25.2 degrees Celsius in Teknaf.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 34.4 degrees Celsius on Saturday and the lowest was 28.6 degrees.
