MODHUMOTI BANK AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING HELD -

The 43rd Meeting of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Modhumoti Bank PLC was held on Tuesday. The meeting was presided over by Shaikh Salahuddin, MP, Chairman Audit Committee and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Modhumoti Bank. Among the members of the Board's Audit Committee, A Mannan Khan, Mojibul Islam Panna and Md Shafiul Azam, Managing Director & CEO of the bank, attended the meeting.
