Modhumoti Bank holds 44th audit committee meeting

The audit committee of the board of directors of Modhumoti Bank convened its 44th meeting on Thursday. Shaikh Salahuddin, MP, chairman of the audit committee and vice-chairman of the board, presided over the meeting. A Mannan Khan, Mojibul Islam Panna, Independent Director Advocate Syed Rezaur Rahman, and Md Shafiul Azam, managing director and CEO of the bank, were also present.
