Modhumoti Bank reappoints Shafiul Azam as MD & CEO

Md Shafiul Azam has been reappointed as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Modhumoti Bank Limited for a consecutive third time for the next three years.
He had been appointed first in 2016. He joined Modhumoti Bank as Additional Managing Director in 2014, said a statement.
Mr Azam started off his career with AB Bank Limited in 1991 as a Probationary Officer after completing post-graduation in Marketing from University of Dhaka.
In his 31 years of career, Mr. Azam held important
positions and performed several responsibilities in different capacities, including serving as Deputy Managing Director in Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited.
He has visited many countries and enriched his experience by attending various seminar, workshop and training.
