Modi places wreaths at Savar Nat\\\'l Memorial

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi went to on Saturday Savar upazila in the outskirts of Dhaka city from Hazrat Shahjalal (RA) International Airport and paid homage to martyrs of the 1971 Liberation War. He placed floral wreaths at altar of the National Memorial around 11:30am. Modi reached Dhaka at 10:08am. A special Indian Air Force (IAF Rajdoot) aircraft carrying the Narendra Modi and his entourage landed in Hazrat Shahjalal (RA) International Airport at10:08am on Saturday. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina welcomed her Indian counterpart at the Hazrat Shahjalal (RA) International Airport, according to a news agency.
