Mamata Banerjee is the only chief minister of an Indian state accompanying Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to Bangladesh. A 12-member official delegation, including Indian High Commissioner in Dhaka Pankaj Saran, have been accompany Modi. National Security Adviser Ajit Doval and External Affairs Secretary S Jaishankar are the other high officials part of the Indian delegation. Only eight member media team is accompanying Modi. Modi and his entourage arrived at Hazrat Shahjalal (RA) International Airport at 10:08am on Saturday from New Delhi in a special Indian Air Force flight for a two-day state visit, first after he assumed the office last year, according to a news agency.
