Modus operandi for Better Business Forum being formed

A high-level meeting of the government Thursday discussed the modus operandi of 'Bangladesh Better Business Forum' being formed to strengthen public-private business entrepreneurship. At that meeting the CA proposed for the formation of this new business forum, as the interim government was carrying out reforms for revamping various sectors. Thursday's meeting discussed constituting working committees in different sectors, the setting up of the proposed Forum's Secretariat and formulating recommendations for the forum. Finance Adviser Mirza Azizul Islam, Law Adviser Mainul Hosein, Communications Adviser Maj Gen (Rtd) MA Matin, Chief of Army Staff General Meen U Ahmed, leaders of top business chambers and high civil and military officials were present at the meeting. — UNB
