Mohammedan SC advance to semis

Dhaka Mohammedan SC reached the semifinal of the Airtel Under-18 Football Tournament eliminating Team BJMC by 2-1 goals in the 2nd semi-final at the Bangabandhu National Stadium Monday, reports UNB.
The traditional black and white Mohammedan will play final on Thursday against Brothers Union Club, which eliminated Sheikh Russel KC 4-3 in the tie breaker as the first semifinal between them ended in a goalless draw in schedule time.
After barren first half in the day's 2nd semis, Sadek Hasan put Mohammedan SC ahead in the 46th minute while Rasel Munshi doubled the winners' margin scoring one more goal in the 52nd minute.
Bablu netted the lone goal for Team BJMC in the 63rd minute.
