Moitree Express kills two in Tangail

TANGAIL, Mar 15 (BSS): A grand mother and her grandson were crushed under the wheels of a train at Kandhila under Sadar Upazila of Tangail district Monday evening. The victims were identified as Rezia Khatun, wife of one Moksad driver of Brahmanpushi village, and her minor grandson Rafiq. Local sources said the grandmother and grandson met their tragic end as the Dhaka-bound Moitree Express Train from Kolkata ran over the two. The accident took place at 6:30pm when they tried to cross the Kandhila Level crossing.
