More business bodies mourn death of army officers at Pilkhana

Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industries (CCCI), Bangladesh Reconditioned Vehicles Importers and Dealers Association (BARVIDA) and Bangladesh Red Crescent Society paid rich tributes to the Army officers, BDR personnel and civilians killed in the Pilkhana tragedy on February 25 last.
CCCI Monday arranged a condolence meeting seeking divine blessings and salvation of the departed souls killed in the BDR mutiny. CCCI senior vice president MA Salam, immediate past president Saifuzzaman Chowdhury and members attended.
The business leaders expressed their deep shock and termed the killing of Army officials at BDR headquarters as unwarranted, tragic and painful.
