More pvt sector proactive role to quicken economic growth urged

Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed on Wednesday called upon the entrepreneurs of the private sectors to play more proactive role to further accelerate the country's economic growth. The minister made the call while speaking as the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony of the month-long Bangladesh International Trade and Export Fair-2014 (BITEF-2014) held under the auspices of Chittagong Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industries at Halishahar Garibe Newaz School field in the morning, according to a news agency.
