Mortoza re-elected KCCI president

KHULNA, Jan 02: Shaharuzzaman Mortoza was re-elected president in the biennial election of the Khulna Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) held at its conference room here Monday.
Farhad Ahmed Akand Pompi and Syed Gofranuzzaman Gora were elected senior vice-president and vice-president respectively.
Twelve persons were elected from the Chamber's general members' group, six from associate members' group and two from commercial group.
The re-elected president
defeated his rival Mahmud Ahsan Tito by four votes.
