Mother, daughter killed in city

A woman and her daughter were killed and another daughter injured as a bus rammed into their rickshaw in city's Kakrail area Friday, reports UNB.
The deceased were identified as Reshma Akhter (35), wife of Habibur Rahman, and her daughter Aksa (5), of Rampura WAPDA road area.
Injured Meem (15), was given first aid at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).
Hospital sources said the bus smashed the rickshaw in front of the Rajmoni Cinema Hall at 12:00 noon while Reshma and her two daughters were going to her (Reshma's) father's house at city's old part Abul Hasnat road. Reshma died on the spot.
