Mother of MBL vice chairman passes away

Mosammat Shaheda Begum, mother of Mercantile Bank Limited (MBL) Vice Chairman A S M Feroz Alam, passed away in a city hospital at the age of 85 on Thursday, says a statement.
She had been suffering from old age complications.
She left behind her son, relatives and well-wishers to mourn her death.
The first namaz-e-janaza of the deceased was held at Gulshan Central Mosque after Johr prayers.
The board of directors, all executives, officers and employees of the bank expressed deep shock at the death of Shaheda Begum.
