Mother strangulates infant to death

A mother strangulated her 10-month daughter to death Tuesday morning over family feud at Peoples Colony area of Khulna city Tuesday.
Police arrested the mother, Sharmin, 18, and the victim's step father Mizan after the incident.
On her confessional statement, Police also arrested her step father Mizan on charge of instigating Sharmin for the killing, Officer-in-Charge of Khalishpur Police Station Shafiqur Rahman said.
