Motijheel building catches fire

A fire broke out at a building that houses a bank in the city's Motijheel commercial area Friday. Fire Service sources said the fire began on the first floor of the 3-storey building of Citibank Bhaban at about 10:20 am and spread soon. Four fire-fighting units rushed to the spot and managed to bring the blaze under control. Neither the origin of the fire nor how much damage it has caused could be known as yet. — UNB
