Motorcycle rider killed in Bagerhat road accident

BAGERHAT, Apr 21 (BSS): A motorcycle rider was killed and another injured in a road accident at Sadhurbat-tala area under Fakirhat upazila of the district this morning.
The deceased was Mithu Golder, 45, son of Mosarref Golder of Jugihati village under Rupsa upazila in Khulna district.
Police said the accident occurred when a microbus coming from opposite direction hit a motorcycle in the area, leaving two motorcycle riders critically injured.
The injured were sent to Fakirhat Upazila Health Complex where Mithu succumbed to his injuries.
Later, the other injured Kabir Hossain was shifted to Khulna Medical College Hospital in critical condition.
