Motorcycle rider killed in road accident

PANCHAGARH, Apr 5 (BSS): A motorcycle rider was killed in a road accident on the Panchagarh-Tentulia highway near Banglabandha land port under Tentulia upazila of the district last night.
The victim was identified as Mir Ali, 45, son of late Abdur Rahman of Najirajot village under Tentulia upazila.
Police and locals said the accident occurred when a speeding truck hit him on the highway while he was returning home by a motorcycle from Banglabandha land port. He died on the spot.
