BNP leader Barrister Moudud Ahmed has denied the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) allegation accusing him of smear campaign against the Appellate Division order upholding the High Court verdict that had scrapped the Fifth Amendment to Constitution.
In a signed statement Monday, the former law minister stated he did not make any remark that could tarnish the image and dignity of the Supreme Court (SC).
"It is undeniable that we all have to accept the highest court's judgment on Fifth Amendment of the Constitution," said Mr Moudud.
