Mozena visits cultural academy in Netrakona

NETRAKONA, May 26 (BSS): US Ambassador in Bangladesh Dan W Mozena arrived in the district Monday on a two-day visit to some historical and cultural sites.
On the first day of his tour, the US envoy visited Birisiri Khudra Nree Goshthi Cultural Academy at frontier Durgapur upazila.
During his visit, he went round different sections of the academy, including library and museum. There he watched different old books, traditional dresses, cooking-items, and fighting, hunting and musical instruments of the indigenous people.
