MR vaccination campaign a big success in Magura

MAGURA, Feb 17: Outstanding success has been achieved in Magura in Measles-Rubella (MR) vaccination campaign-2014.
According to Magura Health Department, MR vaccination campaign-2014 started from January 25 with a target to vaccinate 2,11,360 children in the district. But a total of 2,13,460 were vaccinated with the ending of the campaign on February 13. That is 102% success has been achieved in the district. Upazila-wise break up of vaccinated children are 1,29,255 in Magura Sadar Upazila while 59,820 in Sreepur, 74,310 in Mohammadpur and 59,731 in Shalikha Upazila.
