MRDI programmes on business reporting end

JESSORE, Sept 08 : Management and Resources Development Initiative (MRDI) concluded its one year-long skills development programme on business reporting for Jessore-based journalists.
MRDI organised a programme for sharing experience at a residential hotel in Jessore Saturday evening.
Deputy Commissioner Mahibul Haq, Bangladesh Bureau Chief of Associated Press Farid Hossain, MRDI Executive Director Hasibur Rahman Mukur, Jessore Press Club president Mizanur Rahman Tota, Senior Journalists Jamir Ahmed Tun and Fakir Shaukat, MRDI Khulna Divisional Coordinator Mobinul Islam Mobin, president of Jessore Chamber of Commerce and Industry Shahidul Islam Milon and members of Business Reporters' Network (BRN) were present in the concluding session.
BRN was formed a year ago as part of direct initiative by the executive director of MRDI. It has 30 members in Jessore.
The members covered news items on flower trade, automobile workshop, and fish farming in a year for which the businessmen were benefited.
