MSC meet Muktijoddha in second semis today

Ten times champions Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club Ltd will play three times champions Muktijoddha Sangsad Krira Chakra in the second semifinal of the Federation Cup Football at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in the city today (Monday), reports UNB.
The match will kick off at 5:00 pm.
Prior to the 2nd semifinal, Dhaka Mohammedan coach Mohammad Jasimuddin Joshi sounded optimistic to do well in the semifinal although his team is comprised of youthful players. "Most of our players are young, but they're talented, I hope they'll uphold the honour of Mohammedan jersey," he said.
The Mohammedan coach was highly respectful to their opponents and said "they're a strong team. I watched Muktijoddha-Abahani match, and Muktijoddha won as the better team."
Muktijoddha coach Abu Yousuf also paid his respect to the traditional black and white team, saying "Mohammedan is a big name⦠they'll be under pressure in the match."
Coach Yousuf hoped that his team will continue their last record. "We became runners-up last year. I hope our team will continue their previous record and reach the final," he said.
