MSC off to a good start in women cricket

Mohammedan Sporting Club cruised to a comfortable six wicket win in the Women's Club Cup Cricket Tournament against BKSP on the inaugural day at the Gulshan Youth Club ground Monday, reports BSS.
Electing to bat first, BKSP were bowled out for 74 in 32.3 overs with opener Rozina Akter scoring 18 runs.
Shuktara and Rumana Ahmed bagged two wickets each.
In reply, Mohammedan SC easily scored 76 runs in 22.5 overs for the loss of four wickets.
Rumana Ahmed was the leading scorer with 31 runs.
Eka Malik and Morshida Khatun took two wickets apiece.
Bangladesh Cricket Board president AHM Mustafa Kamal MP formally inaugurated the meet before the beginning of the match.
