MTB INTRODUCES 'CEO CONNECT'

Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) has introduced a new internal engagement initiative titled 'CEO Connect' to strengthen open dialogue and closer leadership engagement. This initiative aims to provide selected employees with a unique opportunity to interact directly with the Managing Director & CEO in an engaging, approachable and inclusive setting -- something arranged for the first time in MTB's history. The launch of CEO Connect was held at the MTB Board Room recently, with the participation of 30 employees representing different segments and functions of the bank. Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO of MTB, was present at the inaugural session.
