MTB launches home loan carnival

Mutual Trust Bank Ltd (MTB) has recently launched MTB Home Loan Carnival 2023 with the theme 'unlock your dream home', said a statement.
Ali Reza Mazid, member (Investment Promotion), Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority (BEPZA), announced the inauguration of the carnival as the chief guest, while MTB Managing Director and CEO Syed Mahbubur Rahman presided over the event.
The event brought together seven top real estate companies in Bangladesh such as ABC Real Estate Ltd, Building Technologies & Ideas Ltd, Assure Group, JCX Developments Ltd, Doreen Developments Ltd, Edison Real Estate Ltd and Ratul Properties Ltd under one roof on Wednesday and Thursday at Dhaka Export Processing Zone (DEPZ).
At the carnival, homebuyers can meet representatives from top real estate companies, explore various property options and offers, and get expert advice on investment opportunities, the statement said.
MTB's experienced loan officers will provide on-the-spot financial consultations, helping visitors find the best loan solutions. MTB offers a variety of home loan packages with competitive interest rates and flexible terms.
Among others, Md Ahsan Kabir, executive director of DEPZ, FR Khan, managing director of bti, and Tahsin Shahid, head of Retail New Business and Azam Khan, head of Communications from MTB, along with other senior officials were present during the launching ceremony,the statement added.
