MTB Leads CMSME Cluster Finance Initiative in Jashore

Mutual Trust Bank (MTB) partnered with Bangladesh Bank's Khulna office to host a cluster finance programme, aimed at identifying and strengthening engagement with Cottage, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (CMSME) clusters. MTB's Jashore branch led the initiative, emphasising their commitment to fostering economic growth through strategic financial support. A seminar attracted 48 representatives from banks and non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs) in Jashore district, alongside 50 aspiring entrepreneurs. S.M. Hassan Reza, executive director of Bangladesh Bank, Khulna office, graced the event as the chief guest. The programme was presided over by Sanjib Kumar Dey, head of SME & Agri Banking Division at MTB.
