MTB opens 36th branch at Tongi

Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) opened its 36th branch at Tongi recently, said a press release.
Founder Chairman of MTB Syed Manzur Elahi formally inaugurated the branch. Director Abdur Rouf attended the inaugural ceremony as the special guest.
Managing Director of the bank Kazi Md Shafiqur Rahman spoke on the occasion.
The MTB chairman stressed the need of doing business sensibly in the wake of global economic recession. He assured the audience of providing all banking support in the function.
The MTB managing director highlighted the importance of opening a branch at Tongi and said people of Tongi would be able to enjoy online banking facilities from now onwards and thus they could send money from any branch through banking with the bank.
