MTB opens booth at Hajj Camp

Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) has opened a booth at Hajj Camp in the city's Ashkona to facilitate the hajis recently. Md. Hashem Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director of MTB, inaugurated the booth through exchange of foreign currency for a hajj pilgrim, said a statement. AKM Shameem, Senior Executive Vice President and Head of MTB NRB Banking Division and Touhid Ahmed, Manager of MTB Uttara branch, Hajj pilgrims, among others, were present at the inauguration. The booth offers an opportunity for the pilgrims to convert their local currency into Saudi Riyal and other foreign currencies at a special rate. The booth will remain open everyday during the whole month of Hajj.
