Muhith again vows to develop Ctg, Mongla ports

Finance Minister AMA Muhith in his budget speech Thursday said the government is highly committed to raise the capacity and efficiency of Chittagong and Mongla ports to ensure their development.
Regarding the matter, he said construction of the New Mooring Container Terminal has been completed at a cost of Tk 5.0 billion. In order to augment its facilities, the government has undertaken another project at a cost of Tk 1.15 billion.
