Mukhter joins Shahjalal Bank as DMD

Md Mukhter Hossain joined Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited recently as deputy managing director.
Prior to joining the bank, he was the senior executive vice president of Prime Bank Limited.
Upon completion of his Masters Degree in History from Dhaka University, Hossain started his career with National Bank Limited in 1984 as a probationary officer.
Mukhter joined Prime Bank as assistant vice president in 1996. During the period from 1996-2007 he served the bank as head of its Khulna, Kawran Bazar, Foreign Exchange and Motijheel (main) branches.
