Muktis beat Russell

Bangladesh Muktijoddha Sangsad KC registered their fourth victory defeating Sheikh Russell KC 2-1 in the Manyavar Bangladesh Premier League at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Monday, according to Bangladesh Football Federation website.
Forward Enamul Haque put Muktijoddha ahead in the 21st minute. Forward Rokonuzzaman Kanchan cut a cross to Enamul who received the ball and placed it into the up of net. (1-0)
Cameroonian forward Paul Emile levelled the score in the 30 minute when his header hit the back of the net on free kick of winger Md Zahid Hossain (1-1).
Russel was reduced to 10 men in the 47th minute when their midfielder Hemonta Vincent Biswas was sent off showing double yellow by referee.
Muktijoddha look lead again in the 63rd minute through their forward Camara Sarba. Defender Sayedul curved the cross from right flank and the onrushing Senegalese forward Sarba flicked the ball into the net (2-1).
After the win Muktijoddha earned 12 points from 4 matches while Sk Russell remained with their previous earning of 6 points from 3 matches.
