Former Test cricketer Mushtaq Ahmed is set to link up with the West Indies national team for a short-term coaching stint after being named their bowling coach, the sports agency representing the leg-spin great announced on Tuesday, reports https://www.dawn.com.
Mushtaq is already the head coach of the National Cricket Academy (NCA) but the Pakistan Cricket Board has allowed him to keep that role along with the one he has just landed with the Calypsos.
Mushtaq's spell with the West Indies will not affect his head coaching job with the NCA, according to a PCB spokesperson, who told DawnNewsTV.
