Mutual Trust Bank distributes loan to soya bean farmers

Mutual Trust Bank Ltd (MTB) has distributed agri-loan to soya bean farmers of Haiderganj in Laxmipur district, said a press release.
Deputy Managing Director of the bank Md Ahsan-uz Zaman distributed loan sanction letters to soya bean cultivators at a simple function held at Haiderganj recently.
Among others, MTB's Head of SME Banking Mohammad Iqbal and In-charge of Haiderganj SME service centre Muhammad Abdus Sahid were present on the occasion.
Md Ahsan-uz Zaman, in his speech, said MTB is committed to contribute to the development of agriculture and rural sectors in the country.
To support the sectors, it has already introduced different lending products for agriculture, including renewable energy projects, SMEs and women entrepreneurs, he added.
He further said MTB would introduce more products for agriculture and rural sectors in future and extend agri-loan to farmers at competitive interest rates.
