Mutual Trust, Square Informatics sign deal

Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) has signed an agreement with Square Informatics Ltd for establishment of disaster recovery site (DRS) in the city recently.
MTB Deputy Managing Director Hashem Chowdhury and Square Informatics General Manager and CTO Ahmes U Bhuyian signed the agreement on behalf of the respective organisations.
Under the agreement MTB will use the highly protected basic infrastructural facilities of Square Informatics in which the bank will install modern IT equipments.
This new DRS will act as second line of defense in case any disaster occurs in the original data center MTB already has at its corporate head office in Dhaka.
