Mymensingh Girls' Cadet College become champion in 7th NTEPD competition

Mymensingh Girls' Cadet College became champion and Scholastica runnerup in the seventh National Television English Parliamentary Debate (NTEPD) competition.
The final debate was held at BTV auditorium at Rampura in the city recently.
It was a hot debate between Mymensingh Girls' Cadet College and Scholastica.
Chairman of Debate for Democracy Hasan Ahamed Chowdhury Kiron moderated the debate and was also in charge of the planning and direction in the debate competition.
The Topic was "Only change of values can reduce violence against women."
International School Dhaka (ISD) Green Herald International School, Manarat International School, Sun Beams School, Maple Leaf International School, Aga Khan School, Maple Leaf International School, Bangladesh International Tutorial, Sunshine Grammar School, Chittagong, with 26 of the best schools of the country participated in this debate competition which was telecast on BTV fortnightly.
Speaker of this competition was Professor Dr Arifa Rahman and adjudicators were Zohurul Alam, Dr ASM Atiqur Rahman, Shabnam Silvia Khan, Tarannum. Afrin and Sheikh Hafizur Rahman Karzon.
Participants of the champion team were Cadet Tasmia, Cadet Sumaiya and Cadet Lubjana and runner-up team members were Wazid Al Rahman, Nedib Rahman and Samiul Karim.
