Narendra Modi greets Muslims

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has greeted all on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. Muslims around the world are celebrating the Eid, their biggest religious festival marking the end of the fasting month of Ramadan. Modi twitted an Eid card and wished that the festival “strengthens the bonds of unity and peace in our Nation”. “….may everyone be blessed with prosperity and good health,” he said in a message inscribed in the card. He said this festival epitomised “values of brotherhood and harmony in society”. Earlier, US President Barack Obama and British Prime Minister David Cameron greeted Muslims around the world on the eve of Eid, according to bdnews24.com.
