Nasim lays foundation of Drug Admin bldg

Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammad Nasim on Tuesday laid the foundation stone of Drug Administration (DA) building at Mohakhali in the city. “After completion of the building, the department would be more capable to serve people,” the minister hoped. He said the DA after having its own building will be widely able to monitor and enforce the implementation of drug regulations, pricing, sales, export and import of all sorts of drugs. The Tk 92.6 million project is scheduled to be completed by October 2015. Later, the minister visited the National Control Laboratory and IV Fluid Laboratory in the same area, according to BSS.
