Nasim urges people to join tomorrow\\\'s human chain

Health and Family Welfare Minister and ruling party Presidium Member Mohammad Nasim has called upon the people of all strata to participate at the human chain programme tomorrow (Sunday), reports BSS.
The Awami League (AL) led 14-party alliance will form the human chain across the country including the capital to help prevent ongoing violence unleashed by the BNP-Jammat alliance.
Mohammad Nasim, also a spokesperson of the alliance, made the call following a view of exchange meeting with various organisations on how to make the programme a success held at ruling party president Sheikh Hasina's political office at Dhanmondi Friday.
Nasim urged all the leaders and activists of the 14-party alliance and people of all strata believe in the spirit of liberation war to participate at the human chain as part of protest against the violence unleashed by BNP and Jamaat across the country.
AL joint general secretaries Mahbubul Alam Hanif MP, Dr Dipu Moni MP, General Secretary of Bangladesher Samyabadi Dal Comrade Dilip Barua, General Secretary of Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) Sharif Nurul Ambia, acting president of JSD Mainuddin Khan Badal MP, AL organising secretary Ahmad Hossen, among others, participated at the meeting.
