Nasir vows to fulfil pre-poll pledges

CHITTAGONG, May 9 (BSS): The newly-elected mayor of Chittagong City Corporation (CCC) AJM Nasir Uddin reaffirmed today that he would fulfil his pre-election pledges with utmost honesty, sincerity and transparency.
"Honourable Prime Minister (PM) Sheikh Hasina has selected me as mayoral candidate of Chittagong for its development. I have talked to her (PM). She has so far made immense development of Chittagong and now she wants to complete the rest development work through me", Nasir said seeking support from the city dwellers.
