National export house to be built

Commerce Adviser Hossain Zillur Rahman Tuesday said a 20-storey national export house would be built at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar in the city at a cost of Tk 800 million. The construction of the house will begin soon and it will be completed within two years with own financing of the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB), he told journalists after a meeting on the building of the export house in the conference room of the commerce ministry. Expressing the hope that the house would play an important role in export earning, the adviser said the land for construction of the house has been allocated. — BSS
