National Finance AGM held

The 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of National Finance Ltd was held recently in the city. Md. Abdul Mannan Bhuiyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company presided over the meeting which was attended by Vice Chairman Sharif Zahir and Directors, Roushan Akter, Inamul Haq Khan, Humayun Kabir, Fahima Mannan and Mamoon Mahmood Shah, Managing Director and Nazmul Karim, VP & Company Secretary. A large number of shareholders were also present at the meeting. Md. Abdul Mannan Bhuiyan, Chairman, Board of Directors of the Company presented the Directors’ Report and Financial Statements for the year 2013 before the shareholders. The Chairman replied to the shareholders’ queries wherever needed. For the year ended 31st December 2013, the shareholders unanimously approved stock dividend @ 7% for the year ended on 31 December 2013, according to a press release.
