National Football team leave for India today

Bangladesh National Football team will leave for India today (Sunday) to play FIFA International Friendly Football match against Indian National team in Goa Wednesday (March 5), reports UNB.
Bangladesh Football Federation announced a 27-member final squad for the match comprising 21 players and six officials at a press conference at the BFF House Saturday.
Addressing the function, Head Coach of National Football team Ledewijk de Kruif said he is hopeful of putting a good show against India in the FIFA Friendly match.
Lodewijk de Kruif looked forward with confidence and said, "My expectation is of course a good result, but it's important for us to play the match as we have brought some potential fresh blood in the team for the big match".
Bangladesh skipper Mamunul Islam said, "We are ready for the challenge, we played very well in IFA Shield (in Kolkata), I think India is looking upon us, and they can not take us lightly" .
"India is the best team in the region and moreover they will enjoy home advantage but if we can give our 100 per cent, then we will win" said the national midfielder cum captain Mamunul.
BFF Senior Vice President Abdus Salam Murshedy, vice president Tabith Awal, General Secretary Abu Naeem Shohag, team manager Iqbal Hossain assistant coach Rene Koster were also present on the occasion.
