National grid to get 341 MW more power

HABIGANJ, Nov 27: The national power grid of Bangladesh is going to have 341mw new electricity from tomorrow (Saturday) from the Bibiana-2 plant situated in Nabiganj upazila here. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is expected to inaugurate the project implemented by Summit Group, a private power company. The work on the plant at Parkul-Bangaon on the bank of the river Kushiara was started on 11 acres of land in 2013.    — BSS
