NATIONAL HOUSING FINANCE AGM APPROVES 10PC STOCK DIVIDEND

The 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of National Housing Finance PLC was held on Sunday on a virtual platform. In the meeting, the shareholders approved 10 per cent stock dividend for the year 2024. The meeting was presided over by Dr. Khondaker Showkat Hossain, Chairman of the company. The company's directors, sponsors, chairman of audit committee along with Managing Director Mohammad Shamsul Islam and Company Secretary Md Sarwar Kamal joined the meeting.
