Nat'l Cooperative Day observed in Rajshahi

RAJSHAHI, Nov 6: A colourful procession and a discussion meeting were organised on the occasion of observance of National Cooperative (Samabay) Day in Rajshahi.
The procession started from Zila Parishad auditorium and paraded various streets. The processionists then held a discussion meeting at the Zila Parishad auditorium. Rajshahi Divisional Commissioner Shafiul Alam, Deputy Commissioner Khalilur Rahman, Joint Registrar of Cooperative Department Amiya Kumar Chatterjee, Professor Nazrul Islam of Rajshahi University and Regional Manager of Grameen Phone, Bogra SM Iskander Hossain took part in the discussion.
