Nat'l Mourning Day observed in Jessore, Narail

JESSORE, Aug 15 (BSS): The National Mourning Day was observed in the district with due solemnity.
To mark the day, the district administration, district Awami League, its associate organisations and other none government organisations, chalked out various programmes like hoisting national flag at half mast, mourning procession, discussion, placing wreaths at the portrait of Bangabandhu and photo exhibition.
In Narail, the day's programme began with placing of wreaths at the portrait of the Father of the Nation in the morning.
The district administration organised a discussion marking the day in the conference room of the deputy commissioner with DC Md Anwar Hossain in the chair.
